Sonali Rath, President Rotary, Bhubaneswar Centennial Dist. 3262 unfurling the tricolour in front of ISHAVASYAM, G. A 262 and Advocate Mihir Mishra giving an introductory address.
Plant Lovers B. N. Mohanty and Mrs. Dipti Mohapatra were felicitated on the occasion. People present drew the attention of the Govt to name the adjoining square en route to Utkal Hospital after Netaji Subash Chandra Bose with a life size bronze statue of Netaji in the middle of the square. Further MoBus running on route no. 9 may be allowed to take the usual turn from the circular square to Niladri Vihar instead of turning to Niladri Vihar from Power Grid. As the circular Square is only 500 mts ahead of Power Grid it will make no difference and would rather benefit thousands of people living nearby.
The celebration came to an end with the distribution of snacks by Mrs. Rath.
