ASSETS WORTH CRORES INCLUDING 1 MULTI STOREYED BUILDING IN NILADRIVIHAR BHUBANESWAR & 2 FLATS IN COSMOPLIS, BHUBANESWAR, 2 COMMERCIAL OUTLETS IN GALLERIA & SYMPHONY MALL, BBSR, 13 HIGH VALUE PLOTS, DEPOSITS RS.75 LAKHS, RS.67 LAKHS SPENT ON EDUCATION OF TWO CHILDREN, ETC UNEARTHED SO FAR IN HOUSE SEARCH OF SRI RAJA KISHORE JENA, ASST. ENGINEER (AE), R&B, DIVISION-III, BHUBANESWAR.
In ongoing searches at 10 locations of Sri Raja Kishore Jena, Asst. Engineer (AE), R&B, Division-III, Bhubaneswar, the following movable and immovable assets worth Crores have been unearthed so far, in the name of Sri Jena and his family members;
1) One triple-storeyed building measuring approx 3,500 sq. ft. over plot
No.226 located at Sector-5, Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar .
2) One Flat vide No.E-083 measuring an area of 1800 Sq. ft. 8th floor, Cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar.
3) Another Flat vide No.H-164 measuring an area of 650 Sq. ft. 16th floor, Tower H Cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar .
4) One shop vide No.024 with area approx 400 sqft. located at Gnd Floor, Utkal Kanika Galleria Mall (Nykaa Luxe Showroom), Bhubaneswar .
5) Another shop vide No.16 in Symphony Mall, Rudrapur, Pahala, Bhubaneswar .
6) 13 high value plots including 9 in Bhubaneswar, 3 in Nayagarh & 1 in Khordha.
7) Bank, Postal and insurance deposits worth Rs.75 lakhs.
8) Expenditure of Rs.67 lakhs was made on education of his two children at KIIT & KIMS.
9) Cash & household articles worth over Rs.30 Lakhs. The Vigilance Technical Wing is currently conducting detailed measurements and valuation of the identified properties and assets. Raja Kishore Jena, Asst. Engineer is being examined to ascertain the source of the assets. Further searches are continuing. Unearthing of more assets is likely and overall valuation is likely to increase.
On the allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income, simultaneous house searches were conducted on the properties of Raja Kishore Jena, Asst. Engineer, R&B, Division-III, Bhubaneswar today i.e. 29.07.2025 at following 10 places in Bhubaneswar and Nayagarh;
1. Triple storeyed building over plot No.226, Sector-5, Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
2. Flat No. E-083, 8th floor, Cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar.
3. Another Flat No.H-164, 16th floor, Tower H cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar.
4. Shop No.16, Symphony Mall, Pahala, Bhubaneswar.
5. Paternal house located at Jagannathprasad, Nayagarh.
6. M/s ASN Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. located at 617, Barabari, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar.
7. House of his in-law located at Patia, Bhubaneswar.
8. House of his another in-law located at Sabaji Nagar, Nayagarh.
9. Plot No. 549/3177/3368, Dumduma, Bhubaneswar.
10. Office chamber of Sri Jena located at O/o EE, R&B, Division-III, Bhubaneswar.
10 teams of Odisha Vigilance comprising 7 DSPs, 5 Inspectors, 1 Sub Inspector, 11 ASIs, and other supporting staff conducted the search on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Hon’ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

Raja Kishore Jena had joined in Govt. service as JE on 03.10.2007 with
a consolidated salary of Rs.5000/-. He joined as regular JE (Civil) on 02.10.2013 in the O/o E.E. RW Division, Bhubaneswar. Predesignated as JE on 01.10.2014 and joined as JE (Civil) O/o EIC, R&B Bhubaneswar. From the year 2014 to 2018, he served as JE in different offices like R&B Division III, Bhubaneswar, Quality Control (R&B) Division, Keonjhar, Executive Engineer R&B Division II, Cuttack, R&B Division-IV, Bhubaneswar and Executive Engineer R&B Division-II, Cuttack. On 19.11.2020, he was promoted to the rank of Asst. Engineer. On 01.12.2020 he was transferred to R&B Division III, Bhubaneswar as AE and is continuing as such till now. He has served in BBSR-CTC during entire service tenure of 18 years except 4 months in Keonjhar.
